The more I read in RLFTF's legal filing the worse it gets for NRXP. I sold NRXP yesterday I hope this mess works out for those who are continuing to hold. For now, I'm still holding RLFTF although that may change also.

Section 146. of the filing is damning for NRXP. It's one thing for a law firm to defend a client base on the evidence the client has given them and evidence the law firm has accumulated from other sources, but it's a whole different animal for a law firm to claim evidence which they are the source of and have personal and empirical knowledge of. In other words, they are putting their reputation on the line and if proven not to be true would face extremely serious legal consequences. No legal counsel would allow that accusation to be part of a lawsuit unless it was true and unless they have proof.

146. In addition to public misstatements like these, Dr. Javitt has also recently
attempted to covertly communicate with Relief's counsel and falsely convince them that Relief –a publicly traded Swiss company – is somehow "under the control of a hostile [People's Republic of China]-controlled entity that is the subject of various criminal investigations by federal law enforcement." In that same communication, Dr. Javitt also falsely insisted that Relief's counsel's representation of it was "incompatible with [their] duty as [] citizen[s] of the United States and an officer[s] of the court."
On that same day, Dr. Javitt made his intention behind these misstatements and threats clear: he wrote to Relief, noting that Relief currently possess insufficient information to file for emergency use authorization in Europe (because of Dr. Javitt's own wrongful actions), and demanding that the parties "amend the collaboration agreement to specify that NeuroRx will file for Emergency Use of Zyesami worldwide and we will renegotiate the economics. . . ."
