Thanks PoP...if I was Zach, of course I'd want the shares, especially in the height of this possible Lithium merger.

But...if there's any sign of impropriety in the way he received those shares, though hard to possibly substantiate one way or the other...then he might be more apt to settle with the custodian for somewhere around his original investment. (In shares, if allowable?)

Since you have a dialog with Zach, ask him if there's a prior family relationship if you feel comfortable doing that.
