As I wrote a couple of days ago, the 50$/60days trap was only to be able to sell shares with a price higher than 40$.
Now I personally am not sure that we would get paid through cusip.
We are people of blood and bones, unfortunately we are also weak in character.
Personally, when the time comes, when we know for sure that we have been robbed for the second time, I am in favour of participating in a financing of a lawyer.
I would say that the SUSSMAN office is probably a good place to do it.
