Sharp knew of a shell for sale, and knew of a buyer. He was privy to a lot of insider information, and from that he decided to scrape together some cash to purchase the rights to buy some warrants.
He tagged along with the company until they realized that not only was his usefulness long gone, but that he would not let go and eventually he could do irreparable harm to the company as they continued to grow.
He was quietly phased out, and when he realized/faced that - he sent out what seemed like a drunken and angry “resignation” at around 5:00 am on a Saturday morning.
He was and is waiting out of his league. Very professional move by Humbl to have removed him, and moved on without comment or response to his “resignation”.

Now stop looking at the past and look at the present and the future here.
Huge things coming. The base is almost finished. The leap forward is close.
