I don`t think Charles should pay this guy off. He sent emails to companies who were negotiating with ENZC. Possible partnerships. Folks, why do you think we haven`t seen a PR since July; when CC initiated the lawsuit. This guy hurt our company in it`s ability to conduct everyday business, he hurt it`s reputation and slandered the company. He hurt shareholders because of his antics; therefor keeping the price of the stock down. He didn`t negotiate in good faith. Tried to strong arm ENZC.
