Just fyi ... there are other issues out there. If all remember as I have posted Harry Z's past in the beginning and others. There are a LOT OF people Harry Z either tried to work with , they took advantage of Harry or Harry was just trying to move his patents forward well before 2019 . In fact there were times from 2010 to 2017 (all documented in the disclosures) where it is very obvious.
Charles C saw that in the very beginning and that IS WHY there is a New and Improved ENZC that was incorporated on Nov 11, 2019 in Delaware SOS. That is why Charles became the CEO and controlling person on the Executive Management . All Documented

Now just fyi , when someone or a company starts doing good (kind of like the person that hit the lotto and all of their "missing cousins" show up that they did not know they had) , the people in the past come out.

So just fyi in August of this year, Peter Mergenthaler filed a suit saying he was owed 10 million shares due to an issue where he was involved back in 2012. Before you have an emotional breakdown, you have to do your DD , read the disclosures .

Go to this disclosure on item B , Page 7 you will see his name then in the description it says NOTE 2

Peter Mergenthaler and any issues like this (Savov) in the end has to be paid (if decided in their favor) actually Harry Z or by his Zhabilov Trust , which there is plenty there to go around .

That is why it is so important the Charles C took over, made the new company with subsidiaries that have NOTHING to do with what Harry Z either unknowingly, out of desperation , maybe knew did in the Past.

Just settle down these Legal things are what Charles Specializes in and they take a few "minutes" to clean up ,but you know they were expected , hence things had to be done right.
