Airdale, I agree, there is nothing toxic about this financing, and at current PPS levels the dilution will be minimal, and there really aren't enough shares being issued for any effective manipulation games to be played, honestly, it is that simple

Maximum shares to be issued would be 3-4 million over considerable time
