It doesn't matter what I think. It matters what the facts are. Where are they operating from? And it's not Napoleanville.

They have no legal right to be on the property because it's under Police Jury ownership. And before that, it was under Adair Asset Management ownership.

No lease arrangement dating back to RR Louisiana is valid any longer.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
