Because that is EXACTLY THE WAY your hard-down opponent of this stock wants you (and me) to feel. So we will eventually get so dismayed that we will then "give him" our shares by selling at the extremely low point, that's why. (Then the stock will magically balloon UP. . .he will make all the gigantic $$$#$, not you nor me). It in a nutshell, partner!!
