Impressive Sokol, thanks for your thoughtful post. Now, if we can just skip the appetiser and announce a Ph 3 Parkinsons prevention trial too based on some sexy Phase 2 precision medicine data that the FDA has been cockblocking for about 3 months now then we would be dancing on glass! Cant really prevent Rett Syndrome but we may be able to fix a bunch of messed up kids and let families return to so much more normal of a live!

Again the FDA needs to get out of their own way Imo! Orphan drug, Priority review voucher, Fast track designation…..I think these are industry alarms that go off letting the big boys know that there is a “fish” that is startjng to swim down the narrow canal now. Unfortunately the canal of approval gets narrower and narrower until the fish seemingly cant turn around and gets stuck just about the time a big harpoon lands right through their mid section ( buyout)!
