Hi SWB - really like HMSG, military men are officers and they seem like straight shooters. They've been reluctant to promote with PR's in the past.

- 3 PR's in 2 days re armor - they've had trouble breaking the .006 range in the past so that IMO is key. It hit .0065 and pulled back to .005, which is typical.

They've had a number of false starts but this has been the first time that they have had actual approvals for their major plan of defense business armor and ballistics that I know.
