I would put nothing past NWBO management and of course they have the votes to ram anything through anf even if they did not, they could use surrogates to scare shareholders who are not in their pocket into voting for an R/S lest the company collapse right before news (what right before means in terms of how many weeks or months will not be clarified, even to get the votes).

I just think that they will find it more expedient to smack us with an R/S after TLD gives them cover to do so and uplisting will not seem like a waste of time post TLD (I remember NWBO being on the NASDAQ and it only helps if the company has effective IR/PR).
