newflow, very, very nice work connecting the dots. A Delaware 1031 Exchange and (DST) Delaware Statutory Trust will be the vital tools/roles in our eventual distributions once started that will last for at least ten years in my view.

No doubt, in my view between now and the time WMILT is either dissolved and/or exchanged which will be before the end of March 2022, we will see distributions at least start. I still contend there are at least three buckets of returns once started.

HOWEVER, I fully believe we see some sort of cash and/or stock before yearend 2021 or at least are advised of a distribution!
