On September 30, 2021, Second Street Capital, Inc. (the "Company") announced that Daniel Del Aguila and Mariana Freundt-Thurne had been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company.

Effective September 30, 2021, Robert Provost, the Companys Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President, Treasurer and Secretary of the Company resigned his position as Treasurer and Secretary of the Company.

Effective September 30, 2021, Daniel Del Aguila was appointed as Chief Operating Officer and Secretary of the Company and Luis Feliu de Mora was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company.
