Percentage numbers in previous post are wrong......

Things definitely took a turn for the worse today with the announcement of the proposed terms of the Life Electric Vehicles acquisition. It looks like the legacy retail shareholders will only retain around .0045% of the post-RM company, which is significantly less than what I would have expected to see. The post-RM share structure will be at least 400% higher than what I was anticipating. Very disappointing.

I typed in the wrong percentage numbers and did not proofread my post very well before hitting the send button. The correct percentage should read ".45%". Also that "400%" should have been "300%". I was expecting that legacy shareholders would retain about 2% or better of the post-RM company, so the number coming in at less than half a percent is definitely disappointing to me.

2,069,549 legacy retail shares is about .453% of the 457,069,549 post-RM shares.
