Math below, also maybe outdated description on OTC because I think insider is 5%, 10% is controlling party (which is what is described in MTRT filing).

We Know, pre-existing or non-existing meeting that:

1)
AS is 15M
OS was 13,095,802 (3/31)
2M shares were issued to Stan (6/1)
425k shares were canceled (6/1)

This equals:
15M - 13,095,802 - 2M + 425k = 329,198
*Stan has 7,655,000 (6/1)*

2)
OS is 14,670,802 (6/30)
Checking math...
14,670,802 + 329,198 = 15M

Now
3)
14,670,802 - 7,665,000 to Medium inc leaves a float of 7,005,802

which if you check back through some of my older posts you will also see :)

Long story short, if nothing changed at a meeting that did or didn't happen then that's the current SS
