However for the pessimists you could argue that NWBO can give 12 months notice which could have been given if and when they found the trial failed. So yes you could argue that we are in that 12 month cycle now and it would be legal to continue paying fees on a failed trial. However sitting on a known failed trial and purposely giving notice would in effect be withholding critical information that would be illegal.
