$DBMM I assume this may have been covered already by someone doing the same. I called the NY office of OTCM today spoke to a lady. @ Option # 1 after dialing because I know that the call will be questioned. She was able to confirm in fact the CE will be there for up to 30 days and that Company would have to apply for the removal via Letter application.

I mentioned this is an SEC Filer. But she advised OTCM is the one that put the CE on and only one that would take it off. So essentially SEC filer has no bearing. (Is it Me or has OTCM been given too much power by SEC?) Anyway point is if anyone has a way to contact the Company please do so and get this message across about Applying to OTCM to get CE removed.

The Lady advised she could not divulge to me whether $DBMM has filed this letter or not.
