Spoke to OTC Markets here is what was said

OTC markets can remove the CE that CE has nothing to do with the SEC. Our Issuer DBMM has to file something with them and they will review documents and remove the CE. Documents are required and then OTC will decide if they want to remove the CE.

So question is. Is DBMM working on that and filing the necessary documents to have CE removed with OTC markers? Or are they waiting for SEC. The guy said there's no time frame for these things

SO NOW ITS UP TO DBMM to have CE removed by OTC. Has nothing to do with SEC
