This little bump right now is due to the ITV-1 being introduced to the market, it is not a large move because ITV-1 is helpful - but it's not a cure.

However, what's happening is the exact same thing that happened back in the Spring when that kid and his reddit buddies started blowing up conspiracy theories all over social media - "UPLIST IMMINENT!!!!", "ENZC TO THE MOON!!!", "END OF ALL HUMAN DISEASES!!!!", blah blah blah.
