How come you did not feel the urgency in filing to become current prior to today (Tuesday, September 28th). You had a month to avoid the expert market and now you have twice as many hurdles to go over.
It said in the PR that you working to become current. You gave us false hope and people counted on that PR when they held their shares verses selling their shares and here we sit at .0001.
This clearly feels like a scam and a misleading PR to entice new buyers and keep old shareholders from selling.
What is up with this darn form 10 you keep talking about. Does it take that long to do.
What were you doing for a whole month when you claimed you would be working to be current.

Can’t do a form 10 without an audit and backup documentation. Ciro doesn’t understand any of it and Newbauer has never been helpful. All he is loot for is payment

Thanks Jim! Sorry for the misunderstanding. Just one question though. If they did not provide the forms couldn't you have asked them what forms you need to file to get current. That is what I would have done.

Newbauer is no longer involved with VGTL. We would only acquire it if all prior participants were out. They left us with some problems we will overcome. Our attorneys are providing the appropriate path. I never received any messages and never announced anything about the Form 10. Do not attack my character without knowing all the facts. Shareholders need to have a sense of what drives the stock price. The value created through profitability is more important than the chatter from momentum traders

We have a better understanding of what is available for us to work with and what needs to be done. For example without accounting records the audit is not easy to complete. We intend on becoming fully reporting so the requirements you think are important are not on the same level as what we plan for the future
