Speculation: based on the Memphis buildout I’d think the earliest they could have brought the capacity online would have been 2018. Many unknowns and confounding factors outlined by others likely contributed. Also possible outside entities wanted/requested this trial run longer to pave way to shorten future immunotherapy trials. If the latter is true I’d expect that to be “answered” and possibly provide some “satisfaction”.
