I do not want to be on the UOIP BOD, but I do not want anyone ever aligned with Billy on the BOD. I want to get this thing wrapped up and get paid before I die. Billy can know what happens when the TA contacts him, along with other common shareholders. Apply his rules to him. Stay well.
