Not sure exactly what will happen here as the whole OTC is in uncharted territory. But in my experience with Expert Market, bids, asks, and volume have to match exactly for a trade to happen. There won't be a quote that you can see on Level 2 except last transaction for guidance. What makes it harder to trade is that most brokers still aren't allowing buying.

I am sure there will be plenty of stink bids in and sure some folks will pick up some good buys. I am also sure there will be some manipulated trades at lower prices between "associates" to freak longs out.

Hold tight, trust the process, and chin up.

I am holding all my shares and will wait.

Then again, could go pink current before market opens.
