VNTH is a SEC filing company that is fully reporting and is "NOW" current. This means that they file audited financials:

For Alpharidge Capital, LLC to pull whatever strings they did to get VNTH to go from Stop Sign to OTC Markets Pink Current Information Status in less than one day is a monumental task. Especially during these times of change with the new SEC rule kicking in.

They filed a Form C yesterday with the SEC and got current yesterday in the same day:

Only a guess, but they must have some huge plans for this VNTH entity. What they did is something I think none of us have seen anywhere within the penny stock world these days.
