OTC Markets has downgraded all delinquent tickers to the expert market tonight. Not the greys.

If you're still up, would you look again and see if it's the same as it was when you wrote that post? I just looked at it for the first time, and only saw a very few issuers on the Expert tier. Fewer than 5. But there're quite a lot that are shown as "No tier."

Which is strange...
