And here it is: Omni's motion to withdraw application for appointment of custodian of ZHUD, filed today at Clark County Courts.



He's withdrawn or recently filed motions to withdraw from several tickers now, and presumably the rest will follow. As I mentioned the other day, it seemed disingenuous when Omni stated in the recent status update that they were looking for an investor or business for ZHUD. Who wants to invest in a worthless ticker or bring their business public via an untradable grey market stock....

I tend to agree that it probably just proved too complicated and difficult for Omni to work though custodianships in a compressed timeframe. Still, it sucks for traders who were hoping for a last-minute save of these tickers to find out the custodianship is being abandoned when it's about to go grey. Glad I got out a long time ago, and my sincere sympathies to anyone who lost it all on Omni tickers.
