NWBO management, in my view, are aware of the expectation that shareholders have regarding anticipation of news on or prior to 10.5.

i think they do themselves a disservice to an extent to not at least revise guidance as many a time they've suggested comments such as "in the coming months, etc."

they are keenly aware that if they continue to stay too quiet, that they will be losing the trust and confidence of their investors.

HOWEVER, and this is a big one. DO NOT FORGET ABOUT THE NOTES THEY SIGNED THAT EXPIRE BEFORE YEAR END. They will need to do something by November to handle their cash issues, no doubt about that.

We've had (i think) 9 days of continued run up, i'm confortable with a break and a slight pull back, but i think we're going to head back up, and news will be coming this week or next.

If it doesn't, i and others im sure as well will take some cash off the table, for me probably 25-40% of my holdings, which is significant.
