Looks like they issued 693m shares to Upstryve. Previous restricted was 335m, plus 693m to Upstryve makes 1.028 billion, update shows 1.013 billion, little lower than expected.

Per SS update, restricted shares increased by about 677m. New o/s is 3.9 billion, which also increased by similar amount. There is a small discrepancy.

If indeed it is to Upstryve, that’s a very good news.
