Haven’t we learned anything from the past?

I see sentiment on PHIL boards is setting us up for a real letdown on Tuesday.

Seems expectations the K will be filed by Tuesday are growing, and that is not good, IMO.

Chances are much greater that an NT will be filed, then they are the K will be filed.

I do not expect the K to be filed. If it is, then won’t that be a nice surprise? But if it’s not, then my expectations are met and no disappointment is felt.

The auditor has likely had his plate full in recent weeks, trying to get any of his non-current clients current by the 9-28 deadline. That means PHIL takes a back seat. Once past 9-28, PHIL can be worked on.

Hope is great, but if expectations for the K by Tuesday aren’t tempered, pps is going to get hammered, and it won’t be Henry’s fault.
