Lol, just read this. Spot on accurate and worthy as a sticky note and a reminder to new investors here and in general all investors of these OTC scams. They really are easy to sniff out. If it seems to good to be true it almost never is. Look for the tangibles here and you will find none. A couple webpages and pictures of a fork truck and an empty office building do not make a company real. Tweets and CON Calls with promises to “my loyal investors”, to only be broken does not make a company real. And as proven recently becoming current does not make a company real. It would of been great for the SECs new rules to help clean up some of the scams but unfortunately some fall through cracks. Shady lawyers are hired who will draw up any letter you desire for the almighty dollar. Highly unethical to say the least.
