If RETT approved, RETT foundation will let every patient/parent know...
Although AVXL has manufacturing capability for RETT, it will require a partner for PDD, PD(motor), AD and other CNS drugs in the pipeline.

Another theory - ANVX might need another shelf(one already exists) for hostile takeover attempt after very good trial data is published.
