Stoxjock......you said it.... you gave releases for F/R for POR7.....POR 7 was for the new company that was to emerge from POR 6 when the hedges were caught for insider trading.....remember POR 7 was hammered out by the creditors and the equity committee headed by Sussman...all the debt and equity claims were gone over by each side, and the result was POR 7, which they all agreed upon, and we then signed releases for F/R...IMO, when we signed theses releases for POR 7 we also signed away our rights to the old estate in favor of the new company shares....we may have not thought about it that way when we signed those releases, but I believe many thought that they still had a trail to the old equity estate....I could be wrong, but time bears on my side... it has been over 2 years since the bk closed, and not one official word about returning assets from the old estate....there is just no reason for them not to disclose these facts to bona fide holders of escrow markers....the fact that Rosen wanted to cancel the escrow markers in a court discussion with the judge clearly was a signal for the judge to make a positive statement about them... she did not.. she only agreed with Rosen to keep them in our accounts at the behest of Alice in her court testimony....Brian says they are worthless, Alice says they have value...now , who do you believe is right here?
