Why are you presuming that the settlement funds have not already been distributed? There is no evidence that the funds have not already been paid~OUTT and distributed. If you are aware of such evidence, please cite it.

Billy's last known address was in Atlanta and the service of Dierdre's most recent complaint was allegedly effected in a Dallas law firm. Doesn't sound like a broke guy unless he has been hopping freight trains across the country. And he obviously had funds for the retainer for the Dallas law firm.

Billy had to have obtained those funds from somewhere, and I doubt Deirdre is still cutting him loans $100 at a time anymore.
