Other than that, not a big deal - in fact, SEC fines companies in such cases only a minor amount, similar to breaking 95mph limit on Montaana highways in certain canyons. DoNOT worry - keep buying.
Just shows you may not trust ANY company who grew out of the bush on OTC, until it becomes Worldcom/Enron & someone celebrates NewYears with windows covered in bars.
But My serious point is Trading Stocks became a game since some years ago, no longer a respectable/UPPER CLASS activity akin to owning Yachts or playing Golf with celebrities, very bad & good companies mixed in a rapid machinegun-fire trading afforded by the likes of zero-fee & mobile RobinHood brokers, where TDAmeritrade's, Etrade's, Schwab's, Etc used to dominate, tho since few years ago the conventional/traditional brokers upped the ante too & now biting RobinHood's own pie - dropped fees to zero & of course taking advantage of their superior (vs newcomer's RobinHood) routing/network which by the way was the target of a ClassAction lawsuit vs Robinhood (& yes, I DID GET a payout from that lawsuit as a super-active former user of RobinHood, around $800 was refudned to me).
Anyways, AmpliTech can be as bad or good as it wants to, my point Stocks turned into Lottery, NOT Science
If you're classifed as Day Trader & have large account & sit in a car in parking lot of some fastfood or library/whatever & trade rapidly i.e. making ROUND-TRIPS repeatedly - who cares if AmpliTech is bad or good?
I just fleece the kids on both bad/lying &AND good companies, alike
One day i can trade Boeing, another AmpliTech or Prison Supplies inc... whatever I am not an investor anymore, don't let money sit there until Smoke-n-Mirrors type of company reveals its true status, and such company we all see here... :) Don't wait until it becomes Worldcom/Enron
However, even worse so is Bloody Diarrhea right at the moment you need to sell some stock, & yet starts leaking, grrr.... you can't complete the trade, you lose money - but Taco Bell's Toilet Hell is more important
