If you look at timing, with first payment due March 22, 2022, we will receive that quarters financial filing within 45 days of March 31 or May 15 latest. By that time the third payment will be almost due. We will not find out about the April May and June payments until financials for June 30 are filed, by August 15, after the final payment was due.

So maybe management will issue periodic 8k’s to reassure shareholders that they are on schedule.

Best we can hope for, unless it is someone else issuing the cheques by then, after a new transaction.
