We are pink limited for now, last time they didn’t file we got the stop sign. That did happen much faster last quarter compared to having the yield sign this quarter, so at least that’s a positive.

Is the 28th a cut off date or an enforcement date? Is the 28th a sort of sweeping of the OTC cesspool or is it that companies that don’t keep up with filings can be removed from the OTC markets anytime after the 28th for failing to file and disclose?

Anyone have an opinion on that?
