I’m holding a significant amount of shares, and while I enjoy the news dropping, I’m skeptical of this particular Strike Group partnership after doing some DD. I have 15yrs in aerospace, on the defense & commercial side. I’m in strategic sourcing, program management and sales, across a variety of commodities. I travel coast to coast. Hit all the major conventions & shows, work with all the major MFGs, Distributors, Suppliers, etc.. Never heard of “Strike Group” the self proclaimed “Leaders in Distribution Logistics and Sourcing Solutions” until today’s news. Ok, maybe they slipped by me. Website states founded in 1998 w/ 6 locations but they only have 13 employees on LinkedIn? Red flag number one. They state they have a contract with Henkel Chemical Management, one of my largest & closest MFGs. However, of the 13 employees, I share only one (1st or 2nd) LinkedIn connections with in my 5K+ contacts, 48 of which are/were with Henkel Chemical Management. Red flag number two. No address/addresses listed on their website. Red flag #3.
No AS9100 & AS9120 certification? #4…

Then I just started randomly checking their website.
2016 Veteran-Owned Business of the Year Award went to RSM Fedral, not Strike Group.
Electrical Line Card without a link nor mention of any major electrical MFGs.
State they have a 80,000 sq ft. warehouse in Plattsburg, NY, but I cannot find a listing for that. Also an odd location to be a leader in distribution.

Maybe they are legit, and I’ll keep digging. I’ll talk to my aero connections in Detroit & at Henkel.

IMO, something just doesn’t sit right.
