Lodas, I could explain it but it is too long and arduous. If you have not studied BK law, Safe Harbor (the meaning and actions), DST, Delaware law then the easiest way for me to explain to you is for YOU to answer the following question. This is my assessment but until we see the end, anything could happen and/or be wrong.

WMILT's main function is to distribute assets so why hasn’t WMILT been dissolved YET?
