Totally incorrect!

The Division of Corporate Financials says TO THIS DAY that DBMM is NOT compliant.

THEIR OPINION is the ONLY ONE that matters.

Shareholders can state their belief that they are, but the ONLY opinion that MATTERS is that of Corp Fin’s.

They say DBMM is STILL materially deficient and therefore NON-COMPLIANT!

Until Linda Perry stops screwing around and complies with the requested changes, DBMM will REMAIN non-compliant.
