RGBP... There are so many things relating to a buyout, it is a wonder any buyout is successful? While we now expect a "Trickling" of Royalties to start coming in soon, but it all depends on how the Medical Community takes to it? They are so wrapped-up in conventional medicine that nothing less than a number of Positive testimonials will have to be experienced for any new product to get a foothold in the Market!

If there is any interested Buyout partners, is should be about now, as they would have a financial edge in any settlement! For instance, if we are negotiating when our stock is between a nickel and say 15 Cents a share, RGBP would have to consider any offer of say 20-50 cents a share? Now maybe RGBP has further contracts being worked on, and show promise of success? Then maybe $1.00+ would be a reasonable buyout price!

Most Co's are like the late George Halas of the Bears who had trouble negotiating a deal with Dick Butkus, who said: "Halas throws money around like a street Manhole Cover," meaning there are many more Co's out there working on low-ball amounts, than those who have enough money to bargain higher? If our IPs are pivotal in getting a number of great ideas off the basement shelves for Co's that want to dominate the field, then they will have to meet a higher price, for what good are products that lay unfinished, especially if they have good to great potential? My simplistic views.... GLTA....
