I have been told that some engineeering remains for the E2100 to become a fully compliant TCPA TPM. I am not sure exactly what that means, and don't consider it an urgent matter as the next TCG step is the 1.2 version TPM, which will not be programmable anyways. I remain cofident that the IP of the E2100 will be an issue if the TCG wants to "go to the next level".

"Wave Systems has been a long-time supporter of the TCPA initiative and has
added TCPA TPM capabilities to its EMBASSY Trust System (ETS) offering. The
ETS is the industry’s first open, programmable, multi-party trust system. The
ETS is TCPA-compatible and supports both physical and logical TPM
implementations. In addition, the ETS supports managed and unmanaged
security models, secure field application upgrade capabilities and a robust
development environment for application service providers. The ETS provides
the necessary bridging and enabling technologies to support the evolution of
both the TCPA and Microsoft trusted computing efforts. The main elements of
the ETS are the EMBASSY Trusted Client hardware device, the EMBASSY
Executive firmware and the Trust Assurance Network (TAN) infrastructure."
