1. Purpose:

The Government is seeking to refine and clarify the Synthetic Training
Environment (STE), Soldier Virtual Trainer (SVT) requirements for Weapons Skills Development (WSD) and Use of Force (UoF) capabilities based on received Industry input from the prior SVT RFI released on 05 August 2021. This RFI will focus on the Instrumented (Drop-In Kit) technology’s viability, feasibility, technical maturity, and risks or challenges utilizing Soldier’s organic or assigned weapons for current/next
generation weapon systems identified in this RFI.
