Readen Holding Corp. (RHCO)

Up until new management took over, I pretty much knew this company inside and out. I and one other person that was on this board for years talked to the former CEO frequently. I just received an email from him 2 days ago (he did own 39+ million shares but not sure what he owns now although he says he is still a shareholder). Most of the shares are owned by the original people that got 100 million shares for Readen Industries to form Readen Holding Corp. Another 70 million are in another holding comp. At last count there were only about 25 million in the public float. Doesn't take alot of volume to move a stock with those numbers.
