Totally agree

I decided to cut them some slack because of getting current and holding the share structure for years.

But there is nothing worst for a penny stock price then over promising and under delivering.

If the CEO does it too many times nobody takes him serious and the company gets labeled a scam.

If closing gets delayed or cancelled tell the current and future shareholders that way credibility remains intacted, and credibility is worth money.
