charts are more reliable for long established Businesses, not Penny stocks, where charts may measure speculation for most of the formative years, not actual Business progress! In the formative years, many other things are part of the consideration process, not the most important parts, which are whether the Technology will be accepted across the board, and how much revenue appears quarter after quarter! That will tell us a whole lot, but RGBP is nowhere near its apex in customer procurement! Just my view....
