I go by what the filings say.
If my information is good enough for them to get current with, I’m going with that.
OTC matches up filings with info from the T/A.
If the float went down, then who bought and retired them back into treasury?

It’s still a low floater play anyways.
I only invest in shell plays. Not Companies.
