what do you think something like that would cost? Is it hard to do for someone that's inexperienced in making them?

My dad does brick work but he's not very well (had a quadruple bypass). Is it something he could instruct my husband in doing? Oh lawd, scratch that. Dad liked to had a fit when he was tiling my bathroom and hubby was looking over his shoulder lol.

Our contract is up with the realtor next month and I was thinking of taking the house off the market and doing some up grades like hard wood floors, crown molding, sunroom & a bbq grill.
