I think it was all just fine pretty much, until he did 2 things.
1. He asked a question. That's it, he asked a question. He used a
question mark.
" Now the question is, do we want to merge with a company that develops Lithium extraction technology, or a company that actually produces Lithium." (?)
2. He got a little tripped up in terminology, and had to "clarify."
" I should clarify, I will be seeking merger with a lithium extraction technology company."

And for that, he's been raked over the coals.
Let's not forget, in looking at his entire Tweet history, there was lot's of crucial and important shareholder communication given to us, thankfully.
Yes, his mistakes impacted traders.
Yes, his tweets made traders money.
Yes, Social Media ripped him apart.
Yes, his Tweet today has been extremely helpful.
In my opinion, it's hard to judge a guy on a couple mistakes...
I know I wouldn't want to be judged that way.
