Of course it's a done deal, just not paid for yet. Because Upstryve is their own private company, they can pay anytime but the concern is they may change their mind too that we don't want. So the sooner they pay 693m shares to Upstryve and add to the PBYA o/s shares, the better. Any closing means you have to pay for, be it home, car, boat or a company like Upstrybe. You can't get the key of a new car until you pay for (cash/lease/finance, whatever).
